All the fees / charges will have to be deposited in MCB, Main Bazar Branch, and MCB Farooq Shaheed Chowk Mingora. The vouchers for this purpose can be obtained from the SPS Accounts Branch.
Fee Rules
- Fee is paid on the following basis:
(School) Nursery to X Monthly (College) XI & XII Yearly in advance. (Hostel) Quarterly
- The given rates are subjected to revision by the Management Board.
- SPS is a self financing institution, so fees must be paid before the 10th of the month.
- Students are required to clear accounts before they are allowed to take examination or getting the School Leaving Certificate. It also includes full fees for the month during which a request for the certificate has been made. Non compliance may lead to the striking off student's name from the SPS rolls.
- No pupil will be allowed to attend the institution at the beginning of a term, if his/her fee for the previous term has not been paid.
- Students who had to join the SPS during the course of a particular term, shall be charged fee from the month of his/her recommendation.
- Fees once paid are not refundable.
Concession Policy
For Staff Members Only
Concession is extended to the real sons/daughters and real brothers/sisters of SPS staff members as per the following policy.
Only one son or a daughter of an employee is entitled to acquire free education at SPS.
If the number of real Sons/daughters or brothers/sisters is more than one, in such case half of the expenses (excluding security, admission fee) will be received/charged from the employee.
For Orphans and Poor Students
Students who are either orphans with meager source of income or extremely poor, and are not in position to pay fee of the institution, shall stand exempted from payment of tuition fee to be determined by the committee, i.e whether full tuition fee or part, thereof, is to be exempted to the extent of five students in each section, i.e Primary, Middle, Girls and Senior Section.
